As a sixteen year old Evie is unique in more ways then one. Paranormalcy is a thrilling mix of danger and romance. It is exciting to see a heroine who is not afraid to be girlie with her pink stiletto boots and her custom made pink weapons that allow her to still kick butt when she needs to. The villains may be misunderstood, the paranormals may have uncertain motives but Evie can see clearly through them all to their very souls. A truly imaginative read and one that is highly recommended.
